Billing & Administrative Coordinator - Construction Services

Pay: $25-$27/hr DOE

Our client, a Construction Services company, is seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Administrative Coordinator to support service/maintenance and construction operations.

Responsibilities

  • Service & Maintenance billing (parts/labor) via online systems and email
  • Construction billing
  • Payroll processing for technicians and supervisors
  • Create and manage purchase orders; cover PO Hotline as needed
  • Front desk phone support when calls roll back
  • General administrative tasks and recordkeeping

Requirements

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Highly organized with excellent memory (many internal codes)
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with POs and billing preferred
